Chaplain Charlie Corum is an independent contractor with Pacific Youth Correctional
Ministries (PYCM)*. Through PYCM, Charlie raises financial support for ministry and
living expenses for the full-time volunteer services he provides in the DJJ, LACDP, other
County Probation Departments and the Youthful Offender Resource Network. .Donations
